浙江盾安輕合金科技有限公司是浙江盾安精工集團全資子公司,專業(yè)從事鋁合金、鎂合金、鈦合金等輕合金材料的研究、開發(fā),生產、銷售汽車、摩托車、家用電器、電子儀表、通訊設備等通用輕質材料零部件、配件。
"輕合金"位居國家"十二五"戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃新材料十大工程之首,具有密度小、易成型、易回收、比剛度和比強度高、無污染等特點,在降低能耗,減少污染以及節(jié)約有限資源等方面具有顯著優(yōu)勢。
2012年2月,盾安響應國家政策,與上海交通大學(上海交通大學輕合金精密成型國家工程中心)合作成立了輕合金技術校企聯(lián)合研發(fā)中心、產業(yè)化基地,雙方在輕合金前瞻技術研發(fā)、產業(yè)化技術服務、新產品開發(fā)、技術人才培養(yǎng)等領域實施緊密、排他性戰(zhàn)略合作。輕合金產業(yè)化項目一期位于諸暨店口,投資1.6億元,項目充分發(fā)揮雙方技術、產品與渠道優(yōu)勢,首先研發(fā)汽車發(fā)動機、空調系統(tǒng)等應用鎂合金替代關鍵部件產品并達到產業(yè)化,未來將以壓鑄、精加工、部件集成為發(fā)展路徑,通過整合兼并與內生發(fā)展相結合,加快推進產業(yè)項目的規(guī)?;龃笞鰪娸p合金產業(yè)。
新材料產業(yè)是盾安多年來重點培育,傾力打造的產業(yè)領域之一。盾安在寧夏的年產30萬噸鎂合金循環(huán)經濟產業(yè)園一期3.5萬噸已于2010年建成達產。在內蒙古的年產20萬噸高品質鎂合金循環(huán)經濟工業(yè)園項目也于2011年5月開工建設。使得盾安輕合金與上海交通大學的戰(zhàn)略合作具有極強的優(yōu)勢互補性。
As a wholly owned subsidiary of DunAn Precision Industries Group, Zhejiang DunAn Light Alloy Technical Co.,Ltd. specializes in the R&D of light alloy material (aluminum alloy, magnesium alloy, titanium alloy), the development, production and sale of general light material components and accessories of automobile, motorcycle, household appliances, electronic instruments, communication equipment, etc.
Light alloy, ranked in the first place of the ten engineering materials projects of the national “12th Five-Year Strategic Planning”, with properties such as low density, high specific strength and specific stiffness, easy molding, easy recovery, no pollution, has obvious advantages in reducing energy consumption, pollution and saving limited resource.
In February,2012, DunAn Group and Shanghai JiaoTong University (National Engineering Research Center of Light Alloy Net-Forming, SJTU), established the school-enterprise R&D center and industrialization base, to enhance the cooperation of each other in areas of the prospective technology of light alloy development, technological service for industrialization,new product development and technical personnel training. The first-stage project of light alloy industrialization project is located in Diankou, Zhuji, Zhejiang province. It will best exploit the advantages of technology, products and channels of each other. At first, we will concentrate on using magnesium alloy components products to replac key aluminum or steel components products on automotive engine and air conditioning system and achieve industrialization. Then, we will accelerate the industry project and make the light alloy industry bigger and stronger by integration of merger and endogenous development, according to the development path of die casting, fine machining and component integration.
The new material industry is one of the industries that DunAn have fostered and cultivated emphatically for years. The first 35,000 tons of the Ningxia magnesium alloy circular economy industrial park, whose annual output value can achieve 30,000 tons, has been built and put into production in 2010. The high quality magnesium alloys circular economy industrial park with 20,000 tons’ annual output value was also started construction in May, 2011, which makes the cooperation between DunAn and SJTU with a strong advantage complementarity.
